About the Role:
Serotonin Anti-Aging Center in Paramus, NJ is looking for a passionate and motivated Health Coach to join our growing wellness team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one health coaching sessions to assess client goals and develop personalized wellness plans
- Educate clients on anti-aging strategies, nutrition, lifestyle optimization, and preventive health
- Monitor client progress and adjust wellness programs to ensure measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support integrated, whole-body care approaches
- Guide clients through hormone health, weight management, and metabolic wellness programs
- Maintain accurate client records and document coaching sessions and progress notes
- Build lasting client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and program enrollment
Requirements:
- Certification in health coaching, wellness, or a related field (e.g., IIN, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of experience in health coaching, wellness consulting, or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and preventive health principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold clients accountable to their wellness goals
- Experience with anti-aging, hormone health, or functional wellness is a plus
- Proficiency in maintaining client records and using wellness or CRM software
